Dena brings over a decade of complex M&A and corporate transactional experience to AHL. She has extensive experience handling transactional matters across a variety of industries, including healthcare, with a total transaction value exceeding $15 billion. Before founding her own M&A-focused transaction boutique, Dena worked at two of the world’s top M&A law firms.
Dena focuses her practice exclusively on M&A and related corporate matters, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. She has particular expertise in transactions within the private equity and institutional investor ecosystem. With a pragmatic, commercially minded approach, she emphasizes strategic problem-solving in her transactional work.
